At AudioDeluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your AudioDeluxe account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
