Do you offer a warranty on high-end audio equipment?
Yes, all products purchased through AudioDeluxe come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for premium headphones and speakers at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened items?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors must be unopened, but over-ear headphones and studio gear can be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging.
